What is SPC flooring?
SPC(Solid Vinyl Composite) refers to the natural stone and eco-friendly vinyl stone plastic composite, structure gets more durable, stable, and the surface can be variable.
SPC Flooring constructions:
1.UV layer:Ensuring superior stain-resistanta and water-proof performance, saving maintenance costs;
2.Transoarent Wear Layer:Restoring the authentic color and embossing, avoiding color effect by abrasion;
3.Decoration layer:Reccording to natural wood and stone pattern peculiarity to offer variety of pattern design options that will better showcase your personality;
4.SPC core layer:Preventing flooring expansion and contraction, covering sub-flooring imperfection;
5.IXPE/EVA/Cork layer:Better sound absorption and excellent under-foot feeling.
SPC Flooring Advantages:
1. EASY INSTALLATION: With a click lock design, just Do-it-yourself. Suitable for in-door floor decoration;
2. ECO-FRIENDLY: Zero formaldehyde. No plasticizer and heavy metal;
3. HIGH DENSITY: 2,000 ~ 2,100kg / m³. Stronger flexural Strength. The click Lock will not be broken during lifetime;
4.DIMENSION STABILITY: The shrinkage factor is only 0.003%. Perfect dimensional stability. It suitable for different of climate;
5. ANTI SCRATCH: Static load less than 0.05mm;
6. Fire Proof: B1 level. No sign of burning;
7. Waterproof: Resistant to water. No expansion. It can be used in humid place as well.

JT Floor was founded in 2013, we are specializing in Rigid core SPC, WPC, LVT vinyl plank with Click System, Wall Panel and new decorative materials,which located in Chuzhou Anhui province . Our products has been widely used in the airport, hospital, university, kindergarten, shopping mall, office ,indoors and so on.
